5. Delivery

5.1. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs exist only on natural (material) products.

For all online orders with a cost of 45€ and above, the shipping costs of natural products are free.

For orders under 45€ the shipping costs of natural products are:

  • 6 € for Attica.
  • 12 € for the rest of Greece outside Attica.
  • 15 € for EU countries.
  • 20 € for countries outside the EU.

The above prices do not include 24% VAT.

5.2. Shipping Methods

5.2.1. Electronic products

The electronic products are available for download immediately after payment and completion of your order. Once you have paid for your order, you will receive an email with the relevant link to download the electronic products.

If you have chosen to pay by deposit in a bank account then you will have to wait until your deposit is verified and as soon as this happens then you will receive the email with the download link of your electronic products.

5.2.2. Natural products

Orders that include natural products are shipped with a private shipping company.

All orders with natural products are shipped the next business day from the date they are made. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an informative email. Orders are not processed, shipped and delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If you are absent at the time of delivery, the distributor will leave a note with the contact details of the company, so that you can arrange to go again at a time that will serve you best.

 

6. Return

6.1. Return Conditions

Electronic products can not be returned.

The return of natural products is possible if the following conditions are met:

  2. Shipping costs for the return are borne by the customer.
  3. Each product is in the condition in which it was received, has not been used, has been altered or is in any condition other than its original condition.

6.2. Refund

There is no refund for electronic products.

Once we receive the deliverable products you returned to us, the procedures for returning their value will begin. The way the refund is made depends on the payment method you have chosen. Thus, the amount will be refunded either by cancelling your credit card debit, or by returning the money via Paypal, or by depositing the amount in the bank account that you will indicate to us as long as you had paid by cash on delivery.
