6.1. Return Conditions

Electronic products can not be returned.

The return of natural products is possible if the following conditions are met:

1. The customer has informed by phone or email about the return up to 15 days from the purchase of the product.
2. Shipping costs for the return are borne by the customer.
3. Each product is in the condition in which it was received, has not been used, has been altered or is in any condition other than its original condition.
4. Each product to be returned is properly packaged in order to be sent by a courier of your choice.

Also keep in mind that:

• Return products can be changed with another product of equal price.
• Returned products are your responsibility until they reach us.

6.2. Refund

There is no refund for electronic products.

Once we receive the natural products you returned to us, the procedures for returning their value will begin. The way the refund is made depends on the payment method you have chosen. Thus, the amount will be refunded either by cancelling your credit card debit, or by returning the money via Paypal, or by depositing the amount in the bank account that you will indicate to us as long as you had paid by cash on delivery.
